The first exercises are directed on development of connection between you and your physical body. Will look at the right arm so, as though you never saw it. Fish out before itself a hand, will consider on either side. Will stir, push all its parts, where only they can bend and move. Attentively look after a hand. Then holding before itself a palm, will move a pollex at a palm and loudly say: «Pollex». Then recurve an index finger and say: «Index finger». Bend a middle finger and pronounce: «Middle finger». Then bend a ring-finger and say: «Ring-finger». Then recurve a little finger and pronounce: Little «finger». Do it slow very attentively. Increased look after and feel these words-actions. Any your physical action is produced not only your physical body but also bodies of ether, astral and mental twins. Endeavour to feel their hands, motions of their fingers.

Will repeat exercise upside-down, since a little finger. Will straighten him, speaking little «Finger». Then continue to straighten finger in turn to the pollex.

Do this exercise four time per first days. Then lead to to 10 one time per a day or even anymore, depending on suitable terms. In two three day will plug in exercise a left arm and increase time for reading with it. Gradually lead to exercises to 25 one time per a day.

Then will spread exercises on your feet. Begin with a right foot and then pass to left. Then sit down on a chair and bow forward, back, to the right, to the left. Turn back as possible farther and talk the proper words, when execute an action.

Periodically, at implementation of exercise, you can close eyes and see appearance of the «internal» hands, doing those motions, what physical hands. Your astral hands must look like by volume shade.

Approximately in three month you can close eyes during these exercises. Do the physical hands of exercise and mentally look after how internal hands execute those actions. Then will break off to work as physical fingers and bend «internal» fingers only. However, not get used long to work only by astral hands, as it is necessary for your development, that those et al worked together long time. Like work with other parts of body. On this exercise for you must go away approximately six months, otherwise you will not create «Body of Light». It is heavy, difficult, but very thankful work, to it it is impossible to belong unin earnest.

In six months you will see before itself other body at the closed physical eyes. you must see the copy of the physical body right in front of itself. This body must repeat motions of your physical body in exactness. It must be able to execute simple motions on your mental order.
