A strong desire to attain disconnection, frequent reiterations of this desire and persistent retaining, is in consciousness of mobile appearance itself, going out outside a body, unchanging will result in success. The key to all astral outputs is distinct visualization, created your imagination. For development of magic force of imagination different exercises are thought of. The stages of progress in these exercises is fantasy of appearance, perceived through the closed eyelids - appearance at first is static, and then - dynamic. Two exercise for development of imagination:

1) You look at a simple picture, after close eyes and try to keep picture in memory. It must be done without a concentration.
